location is really central. it places you conveniently near lake alster. i got an early check-in,. slippers and free water daily was a simple touch. breakfast have an egg station, but more variety makes it better.
my room lacked proper soundproofing. street noise made sleeping difficult. cars used the street like a racetrack on saturday night. it was loud, even with windows closed and it really ruin my night.

a slight delay occurred when i needed to use the valet service to access my car which resulted in a fifteen-minute wait

The rooms were spacious with good facilities. No long waits at all. cleaning staff came daily. I appreciated that. the hotel's central location was also very convenient. The train station was only five minutes away!
